Order Information and Policies
When you join All-Access between January-May, you receive the current edition of the Almanac, but orders between June-December receive next year’s Almanac. Please note: During June and July, we hold shipments until the new edition is printed. In early August, we’ll ship it to you before it hits store shelves. During all other times of the year, Almanacs are delivered within 5-10 business days.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
You may cancel your membership by emailing [email protected]. Please note: To receive a full refund, you must cancel your PREMIUM membership within 3 business days of signing up. ALL-ACCESS cancellations must be received within 1 business day. (If you place your order over the weekend, you will have until 5 p.m. Eastern time on the following Monday to request a full refund.) If you cancel at any other time, we will not be able to refund your membership fees.
Auto-Renewal Policy
Unless you notify us 24 hours before your autorenewal is scheduled to charge, we cannot refund your money for autorenewals. Your membership will automatically continue and you authorize us to collect the applicable membership fees and any taxes using the payment method we have on record for you.
